For the JRSA Congress, I worked on the event’s communication materials in close collaboration with colleagues and partners in Japan. This cross-cultural collaboration meant adapting content and visual materials to align with both the event’s international standards and the expectations of the local Japanese audience, while maintaining clear and consistent communication across time zones and languages.
The project reinforced how attention to detail and cultural sensitivity go hand in hand — every material was refined not just for accuracy, but for genuine resonance with a Japanese-speaking audience.
